The Challenge

Collect+ is a parcel delivery service which enables customers to send or return parcels using their local convenience stores, with over 5,800 locations throughout the UK.

They were looking for a complete brand overhaul; refinement of the logo and a new brand style to demonstrate warmth, introduce a human element and to illustrate that they were more than “just a parcel service”.

The Solution

The resulting brand style was largely focused on an immediate and intimate ‘Instagram’-like photography to highlight the time Collect+ saves their customers, and what they could do with that time. Using the ‘+’ to combine these ensured maximum flexibility to illustrate this and also allowed them to tailor presentations and collateral to clients, sectors and people.
